Working with college students, adults as well as seniors I am experienced in teaching techniques to deal with reducing stress and focusing on wellbeing. My goal is to guide them to far exceed their perceived limitations. This has been and continues to be my most rewarding area of coaching. My wide variety of techniques allows me to find the right tools for success.
